In this new partnership, THI and the CEO Commission will work together to advance disability inclusive employment by inspiring and engaging business leaders to drive change through policy, practice, and culture.

Rangam joins the CEO Commission to Pledge Greater Support for Disability & Inclusion. The membership reflects Rangam’s unwavering commitment to improving recruitment processes, systems, and attitudes to facilitate greater inclusion of talent with autism, those who are neurodivergent, or with disabilities.

As the newest member  of the CEO Commission, Planning Across the Spectrum will "use their expertise in financial planning, Social Security, Medicaid, retirement plans, and employment structure and benefits to educate families, employers, and lawmakers on the opportunities that can come from employment when the right policies are in place and people are aware of what is available."

A research paper released in conjunction with The 2022 Harkin International Disability Employment Summit shows that companies that make a commitment to competitive, integrated employment for persons with disabilities enjoy a competitive advantage and are positioned to capitalize on a $13 trillion global disability market.

Today, the SHRM Foundation, the 501(c)(3) philanthropic arm of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a founding member of the CEO Commission, announced the launch of its Employing Abilities at Work Certificate program.
